Quesada (2005), with a sample of 343 patients or relatives of patients who were victims of traffic accidents, from the “Adriana Rebaza Flores” National Rehabilitation Institute, found that 86.6% of them have a high level of knowledge about risk factors of traffic accidents and 66.2% perceive in the population a negative attitude towards compliance with road safety regulations.
